In typical Portland fashion, the skies opened up on the morning of Danielle and Scott’s engagement session. Equipped with pretty umbrellas, a poncho, and new boots, I joined the happy couple for a day of adventuring in the city.
Scott and Danielle recently moved to Portland and they wanted their engagement session to help their families get to know their new city. We started our journey at Salt & Straw where Scott and Danielle ate some really tasty treats. I’m wishing I had Danielle’s Salted Caramel cone right now…
After dessert, we made our way to Powell’s Books, a popular haunt for both locals and tourists. It was here that I learned of Danielle’s love for Audrey Hepburn and Scott’s obsession with Firefly. I knew there was a reason I liked these guys!
Then we popped into the Ace Hotel for some photo booth fun and a little snack at Clyde Common.
After consuming some tasty drinks and fries we decided to brave the wet, cold, windy outdoors for some pretty pics in a little red dress. We made a pitstop at Jackpot Records on our way to the White Stag Sign on the Belmont Bridge.
