It’s no secret that I absolutely love to travel – In fact, I try to go on at least one international trip every year. Sadly, I’m WAY behind on sharing my wanderings with you.
This little gem of a session was taken while I vacationed in Rome – A solo trip I tagged on at the end of my month in Berlin in 2015. After spending the month of May in Germany, a month that was way too cold and wet for my taste, I decided to fly away somewhere warm which is how I landed in Rome. I’d never been to Italy, the weather was a balmy 95 degrees fahrenheit, and I was in desperate need of immersing myself somewhere with old buildings and plenty of cats.
I connected with Morgana, a 17- year- old chain smoker with spirit, over the internet and together we took Trastevere by storm. She did her beautiful thing – I took photos, she smoked a LOT – I tried not to judge too much. It was a beautiful afternoon.
Rome in June is absolutely beautiful, infiltrated with mass amounts of tourists, so very hot, not a bit smelly, and perfect for a romantic evening out on the town, solo or otherwise!
