Volunteer Park Conservatory Engagement & Wedding Information
Where, in the Pacific Northwest, do you go when you want your wedding or engagement photographs to have a beautiful greenhouse and garden? Volunteer Park Conservatory.
This Volunteer Park engagement session is one of my favorites of all time. The location is beyond gorgeous and it compliments Ginah & Joe’s neutral and dark wardrobe perfectly.
Engagement Photos at Volunteer Park Conservatory
If you want this beautiful conservatory in your engagement photographs I highly recommend visiting after hours. We had this beautiful location all to ourselves for Ginah and Joe’s engagement session which is ideal!
If you want to get any photographs inside the conservatory you must request a permit from Seattle Parks & Recreation. They allow professional photographs to happen after hours on a specified date and time and you should expect a rental fee. To skip the permit and the fee, simply book your session with me for a time when the conservatory is closed to the public and we can shoot around the exterior of the gorgeous glass building.
Host Your Wedding at Volunteer Park Conservatory
The Volunteer Park Conservatory is also available for your wedding ceremony – How dreamy would that be?! Space is limited to 25 people (including yourselves and your vendors) so it’s the perfect spot for a micro wedding. They limit use to ceremonies only so you will want to book a separate location for a larger reception, rent out space in the park, or (if you’re eloping) simply picnic in a space that calls to you or grab a bite at your favorite Seattle restaurant.
Ginah and Joe hired me for both their wedding and engagement. Click here to check out their beautiful industrial wedding at The Metropolist in Seattle.
