Weddings & Elopements

Your wedding is not simply an event — it is a thoughtfully designed celebration of your story. I document a limited number of weddings each year, working with intentional couples who value presence, artistry, and enduring beauty.

From immersive wedding weekends to intimate gatherings, every commission is approached with clarity, refinement, and a deep respect for the significance of the day.

Intentionally crafted photography with your unique personalities in mind.

Thoughtful . Documentary . Intimate . Candid . Artistic . Emotional . Inspired

Be present in your celebration. We’ll preserve it with care.

Through a blend of loose editorial direction and documentary observation, we capture the quiet in-between moments that give your wedding its depth — imagery that feels natural yet composed, artful yet honest, and crafted to hold its beauty for years to come.

The Experience

01

The Beginning

Once you inquire, we’ll begin with a thoughtful conversation to understand your vision and the atmosphere you’re creating. From there, your date is reserved with a signed agreement and retainer, and our collaboration begins with refined guidance — from vendor recommendations and location considerations to timeline design and seamless planning support. By the time your wedding arrives, every detail feels considered, allowing you to move through the day fully present.

02

The wedding day

Today is your celebration. You remain fully immersed in the experience while we observe and document the day with intention and composure. When gentle direction is needed, it is offered with ease — otherwise, we allow the moments to unfold naturally, preserving the atmosphere, movement, and emotion as they truly are.

delivery & heirlooms

Within the first week, you’ll receive a curated preview of your celebration, followed by your complete collection — thoughtfully edited and presented in a refined online gallery. Each wedding is approached with legacy in mind, resulting in heirloom albums crafted to preserve your story beyond the screen. A full print catalog is available for additional fine art prints and custom pieces, allowing your photographs to live beautifully within your home.

Kind Words

"Briana’s photos are very honest, they really captured the feeling of the day for us."

"3 years have passed since our wedding day and I still think about what an incredible job Bria did. Of course, Bria delivered absolutely gorgeous and artistic photos, as all talented wedding photographers do. But something I appreciate more and more looking back that sets her apart is that Bria’s photos are also very honest — they really captured the “feeling” of that day for us.

Through her photojournalistic lens, many intimate tears, smiles, spontaneous reactions and interactions were beautifully captured because we had a present, attentive photographer - shots that might easily have gotten missed by someone else."

Briana exceeded our expectations from start to finish. From our engagement shoot in Portland to our wedding in Joshua Tree… she knew exactly what to do and captured every moment perfectly. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with the photos. They’re timeless and capture the emotions and energy of the day.

We knew that her easy but organized style is what we wanted on our wedding day… Briana and Andrew showed up communicative, organized, and calm… the photos feel authentic to the energy of our wedding and truly capture the vibe of our event and the unique character of our guests.

WOW! They are absolutely spectacular. A great wedding photographer was a top priority for us… Briana was hands down the best. … Our photos are stunning — perfect memories of all of the best parts of our day.

Oregon Wedding Photographer

Film & Digital Wedding Photography

I’ve been an Oregon wedding photographer since 2013 and I photographed my very first wedding in 2008. My more than 15 years of wedding photography experience have shaped the way I approach a wedding day.

I come to your wedding day with calm and creative energy. I believe people feed off of each other’s energy and I want to be a grounding force for you to find comfort in on a day when emotions run high. I plan ahead for all possible outcomes and know how to capture your wedding day beautifully, no matter how it might unfold.

With more than 24 years of film photography experience, I am able to document your wedding day through both film and digital photography. Your photographs will tell a story that is nostalgic, true, and full of joy.

I find inspiration in community and the connections people build with each other. I focus on honest emotion and those in-between moments that might otherwise go unnoticed. Next to community, I find creative inspiration in architecture, Mother Earth, slow fashion, and old treasures.

Tell me about your wedding

The first time I visited the Pantheon in Rome it was on accident. I stumbled across a colossal building while wandering the alleys and piazzas and figured I should check it out.

There was no line, no tickets, no crowd. The entire experience felt a little surreal.

Ten years later I visit again and now you need tickets to get inside. The sea of people out front is dense with tour guides and panhandling. A little of that magic stolen away.

So the trick is, for the exterior anyway, to visit at dawn. Catch this beauty before the crowds wake up, while the sun stretches over the rooftops to light up the solid marble pillars in golden light.

If you’re planning an elopement, wedding, or honeymoon in Rome, Italy I’d be honored to be your guide and photographer. I can bring you to all the best views and historic locations and know of an excellent private tour guide who can share the history of these beautiful places.

Looking through my archives and updating some older articles this week. I’ve been photographing weddings for 16 years. 16 YEARS!

This little introvert has grown so much as an artist, business woman, and human in that time.

I love my work so much more deeply than I ever thought possible.

Anywho, I hope you’re having a great Thursday. Hit me up if you need a wedding photographer! ☺️
