The Beginning

Once you reach out, we’ll chat so I can get to know your story and craft the experience around your vision. If we click, we'll secure your date with a contract & retainer. We'll start our collaboration from day one with vendor referrals, location suggestions, planning tips, timelines, and valuable insights. So when your wedding day arrives, you'll get to live fully in the moment.

The wedding day

Today's the day! You get to relax while we observe and document your entire day. We'll provide prompts to help you find comfort with the camera, but mostly we'll just hang out and let the magic happen.

The Reveal

We deliver a beautiful selection of sneak peeks for you to share far and wide. Once your full gallery is ready we'll schedule a reveal session complete with a slideshow of your wedding day (which you get to keep), a sample wedding album review, and usually a bunch of happy tears. We get nostalgic and you get to relive your wedding day again and again with photographs you'll cherish forever.

I’ve been an Oregon wedding photographer since 2013 and I photographed my very first wedding in 2008. My more than 15 years of wedding photography experience have shaped the way I approach a wedding day.

I come to your wedding day with calm and creative energy. I believe people feed off of each other’s energy and I want to be a grounding force for you to find comfort in on a day when emotions run high. I plan ahead for all possible outcomes and know how to capture your wedding day beautifully, no matter how it might unfold.

With more than 24 years of film photography experience, I am able to document your wedding day through both film and digital photography. Your photographs will tell a story that is nostalgic, true, and full of joy.

I find inspiration in community and the connections people build with each other. I focus on honest emotion and those in-between moments that might otherwise go unnoticed. Next to community, I find creative inspiration in architecture, Mother Earth, slow fashion, and old treasures.

Yesterday felt like a dream. Tippy and Nate’s wedding at Timberline Lodge was one of the most peaceful, joy-filled, and magically timed days I’ve ever had the honor of documenting.

The moment we walked into the getting-ready suite, there were friends napping, someone softly strumming an acoustic guitar, and steamy excerpts being read from a romance novel—pure calm and intention.

The day flowed effortlessly. Family portraits were ahead of schedule, the light was stunning, and every moment felt filled with warmth.

During dinner, Nate casually joined the jazz band on drums (as one does), and then we wandered onto the mountain for the most incredible golden hour portraits. It was slow, cinematic, and absolutely perfect.

So the trick is, for the exterior anyway, to visit at dawn. Catch this beauty before the crowds wake up, while the sun stretches over the rooftops to light up the solid marble pillars in golden light.
